Board and Executive Advisory

The advisors at your board table run the team that builds what the board decides.

We sit with owners, executives and boards on technology, strategy, innovation, marketing and business transformation. Then our operational team builds and runs what was decided, so the plan reaches the process, the systems and the numbers.

Where it breaks today

  • Consultants hand us a strategy deck and leave. Six months later nothing has changed.

  • The board wants an AI plan, and I cannot tell what is real from what is hype.

  • Our IT provider executes whatever we ask, and nobody questions whether we should.

  • I make every technology decision alone.

What we build

  1. Board participation

Regular seats in board or leadership meetings, with a written point of view on technology, AI and commercial strategy.

  2. Executive diagnosis

Market, business model, margins, people and systems reviewed from your own numbers, ending in the few decisions that matter most this year.

  3. Build, buy or ignore

A roadmap that sorts every technology and AI idea into build, buy or ignore, in order, with cost, owner and the metric that proves it worked.

  4. Commercial review

Positioning, pricing, channels and sales structure checked against actual results.

  5. Operational team

Forward deployed engineers who carry out the roadmap inside the company: sales automation, workflows, AI agents and apps.

  6. Monthly report

Progress against the roadmap in business numbers, presented to the owner or the board.

Board and Executive Advisory, end to end

  1. board decision
  2. roadmap
  3. team
  4. system
  5. sale
  6. returning customer

Once it runs

  1. Board meeting

We present what moved: pipeline, margin, hours automated. Each decision leaves the room with an owner, a date and the metric that closes it.

  2. The Monday after

Those decisions become tasks for our operational team and yours.

  3. When a vendor pitches an AI tool

The owner forwards it. We reply with its cost, its risk and whether it fits the roadmap.

  4. Mid-month

The executive team reviews progress on one dashboard instead of chasing updates by email.

  5. End of each three-month block

We review what worked, cut what did not and set the next block with the board.

Board and Executive Advisory: questions

What does a 100x board advisor do?

We join board or leadership meetings as advisors on technology, strategy, innovation, marketing and business transformation. Before each session we read your numbers and bring a written point of view. We ask the question after the question: why this project, what it replaces, how we will know it worked. Our own operational team can then carry out what the board approves, which a pure advisory firm cannot offer.

Why combine advisory and execution?

Because most plans die between the meeting and the system. When the people who advised the decision also build it, nothing gets lost in the handoff, and the board hears real progress in place of status slides. It also keeps the advice honest: we only recommend what we are willing to build and measure. You can still hire other providers for parts of the execution.

Who from your side sits at the table?

Senior people who have run businesses as owners and as corporate executives, including car dealerships we own and a decade inside automotive OEMs. Behind them sits the operational team of forward deployed engineers who build and run the systems, so every recommendation comes with the people to carry it out.

How is the engagement structured?

Like our consulting contracts: a minimum of six months, in three-month blocks. The first block covers diagnosis and roadmap, plus the first quick wins built by the operational team. Each block closes with a review with the owner or board, where priorities are kept, cut or added. Advisory can run on its own for a period, and it works best when the roadmap is being executed at the same time.

Where does the value show first?

In decisions you stop making: tools bought and never used, projects without an owner, marketing spend without a tracked source. Then in the numbers the roadmap targets, such as response time, conversion, margin per sale and hours automated. We report those every month against the baseline from the diagnosis, so the board judges the work by its results.

Works with

  1. Go-to-Market

We write down who you sell to, with which offer, through which channel and at which price, then build it into the pipeline, the campaigns and the scripts. Every assumption gets a number the system reports each month.

  2. Revenue Operations

Our Revenue Operations (RevOps) runs all the way to profit. We join marketing, sales and service on one pipeline, put the margin on every deal and help leadership pick the lever for each quarter, so the operation gets there by design and not by chance.

  3. AI-Era Recruiting

We help your HR team redesign roles around how work gets done now, test candidates on real tasks with AI tools, and onboard new hires with the tools and guardrails from their first day.

Decide it, then see it built.

We start with an executive diagnosis from your own numbers and bring the board the few decisions that matter most this year.
