You learn the business, write the code and deploy it inside the client’s operation. Fully remote, in English and Spanish.

We hire people who are uncomfortable with being only technical or only business. You will sit with a dealership’s sales manager on Monday and ship the workflow that fixes their lead routing by Friday.

Forward Deployed Engineer

You work inside a client’s operation: map the process with their team, build the system and run it until people use it.

You will

  • Read a client’s numbers and map where leads, quotes and payments get stuck.
  • Configure Bitrix24 pipelines, fields and permissions that match how the team really sells.
  • Build n8n workflows between Bitrix24, the ERP, the DMS, WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
  • Train the client’s team and stay until the system runs without you.

You bring

  • Experience building integrations or automations that reached production.
  • Comfort talking to an owner about margin and to a salesperson about their day.
  • Professional English and Spanish.

VibeCoder (Agentic Engineer)

You ship with Claude Code every day and review every diff. You build the apps our clients run: quoters, portals, routers, reconciliations.

You will

  • Ship features for apps in production, such as AppQuote24, the Carrier Portal and Cash Reconciliation.
  • Work with Claude Code daily and review every diff before it merges.
  • Write the tests and checks that let an agent change code safely.
  • Turn a process you watched inside a client into a working app.

You bring

  • Code you shipped that real users depend on, and a link to show it.
  • Daily practice with coding agents, plus the judgment to reject their output.
  • Enough product sense to say what should not be built.

QA / AI Tester

You break our workflows, apps and AI agents before a client does.

You will

  • Test n8n workflows and sales automations against real edge cases: duplicates, missing fields, wrong owners.
  • Evaluate AI agents on WhatsApp conversations and write down where they fail.
  • Keep test cases for every app release.
  • Report bugs with steps, evidence and the business impact.

You bring

  • Experience testing web apps, APIs or automations.
  • A habit of asking what happens when the input is wrong.
  • Clear written English and Spanish.
