A manager asks Claude which deals are stuck past their stage limit this week. The answer comes from the pipeline, with a link to each deal.
When a salesperson prepares a quote
They ask for the current price and stock of a product. The server reads the price list and the inventory and applies that salesperson’s discount limit.
When a customer calls about an order
Service asks the AI for order status and payment history, pulled from the ERP and the pipeline in one answer.
When someone asks for data outside their role
The server refuses the request and logs it. The AI never sees more than the person could.

What is the Model Context Protocol?
MCP is an open standard, introduced by Anthropic in 2024 and now supported by Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools, that defines how an AI connects to external systems. Instead of building a separate integration for each AI tool, you build one MCP server for your systems, and every compatible tool can use it. For a business, it is the plug between AI and the company’s own data.
Is it safe to connect our CRM and ERP to AI?
It is safer than what usually happens today, which is people pasting data into chat windows. With a business MCP, each request runs with the user’s own permissions, sensitive fields can be left out, write actions can require confirmation, and every request is logged. We also help you choose business plans for your AI tools, where your data is not used to train the models.
Which systems can you connect?
Any system with an API or a database we can read: Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, ERPs, dealership DMS, accounting software, Google Drive, spreadsheets and your own apps. Many popular tools already publish their own MCP servers; we connect those and build custom ones for the rest. Your business rules, like discount limits or approval steps, live inside the server so every AI applies them.
What does a business MCP save?
Time spent hunting for information across systems, and the risk of answers built on generic data. Managers ask a question and get the number without waiting for a report. Salespeople and service staff answer customers faster because price, stock and history come back in one request. Do we need a business MCP if we already have a CRM?
Your sales software stores the data; the MCP lets AI use it. If your team already uses Claude or ChatGPT at work, or you plan to run AI agents, the MCP keeps those tools reading your real prices, stock and customers. If nobody in the company uses AI yet, we usually start with team training and add the MCP once people are ready to ask it questions.
