Who is responsible

The 100x Company, with offices in Hallandale Beach, Florida, USA, is responsible for the personal data collected through this site. For any privacy request, write to contact@the100xco.com.

Data we collect

Through our contact, quote, partnership and job application forms we collect the data you type: name, company, role, email, WhatsApp number, country, industry and the message you write. Job applications also include the links you share. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for security and operation of the site.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a diagnosis or quote, evaluate a partnership or job application, and keep a record of our commercial conversation. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your request.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and of the steps needed before a contract you ask us for. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to contact@the100xco.com; this does not affect processing already carried out.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel, which hosts this site; n8n, which runs the automation that receives your form; Bitrix24, our CRM, where your request is stored as a deal; Google Workspace, our email provider; and WhatsApp (Meta), which we use to notify the owner of your request inside our team. These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while our conversation is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires longer. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months. After that we delete or anonymize the data.

Your rights in the United States

Depending on your state of residence, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you the right to know which personal data we hold, to correct it, to delete it and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context advertising. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Your rights in Mexico

Under the Ley Federal de Proteccion de Datos Personales en Posesion de los Particulares you have ARCO rights: access, rectification, cancellation and opposition. You can also revoke your consent or limit the use of your data. Send your request to contact@the100xco.com with your name, the right you want to exercise and a copy of an ID.

Your rights in Colombia

Under Ley 1581 de 2012 on habeas data and its regulations, you have the right to know, update and correct your data, to request proof of your authorization, to be informed about its use, to revoke the authorization or request deletion, and to file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, as the law provides.

Security

Access to your data is limited to the team members who need it for your request, through permission groups in our CRM. Our providers encrypt data in transit.

How to make a request

Write to contact@the100xco.com with the subject “Privacy request”, your name, the email or WhatsApp you used in the form and what you want us to do. We confirm receipt and reply within the time your local law sets.
