Revenue Operations
Steer the company by profit, average ticket or volume, on purpose.
Our Revenue Operations (RevOps) runs all the way to profit. We join marketing, sales and service on one pipeline, put the margin on every deal and help leadership pick the lever for each quarter, so the operation gets there by design and not by chance.

Where it breaks today
Sales grew this year. Profit did not.
Marketing says the leads were good. Sales says they were junk. Nobody has the data to settle it.
I learn the margin of a sale when accounting closes the month.
Customers buy once and nobody calls them again.
What we build
Pipeline map
Every stage from lead to repeat sale with an owner, an exit rule and a time limit. A stage without an exit rule turns into a parking lot, so none ships without one.
Profit model
Each deal carries its cost, discount and commission, so gross margin is known the day the deal closes.
Lever dashboard
Profit, average ticket and volume side by side, by product, source and salesperson. Leadership picks the lever the quarter pushes, and targets follow it.
One data model
Contacts, deals, products and lead sources defined once, so marketing, sales and finance count the same thing.
Incentive review
Commissions paid on margin or ticket when that is the lever. A team paid on volume alone will discount to close.
Post-sale loop
Service, renewals and referral requests scheduled after delivery, so the second sale has an owner and needs no new ad.

Once it runs
Monday 08:00
Leadership reads one screen: profit closed so far this month, average ticket against target and deals stuck past their time limit.
When a deal sits twice its stage’s usual time
The stage owner gets a task and the deal joins the weekly review list. Stalled deals are where late discounts are born.
When a product line drops below its margin target
The dashboard shows it by source and salesperson, so the fix is a price, a product mix or a coaching talk, found the same week.
Month close
A profit bridge splits the change against last month into volume, average ticket and margin. The owner sees which lever moved.
After delivery
A service check and a referral request open on their own. The customer hears from you before they need you.
Proof
AR Autos doubled its profits in one year.
Revenue Operations: questions
How does Revenue Operations reach profit instead of stopping at revenue?
By putting margin on every deal. Revenue says how much you sold; profit depends on what each sale cost, how much discount went out and what commission it paid. We bring those numbers into the pipeline, so leadership can decide each quarter whether to grow through margin, average ticket or volume, and tie targets and commissions to that choice. Growth then happens where you chose it.
When should we push volume, and when average ticket?
It depends on capacity and margin. If the team has idle hours and each extra sale still leaves margin after its acquisition cost, volume pays. If the team is full, raising the average ticket with bundles, upgrades and services usually costs less than hiring. If discounts are eating the margin, fix price discipline first, because more volume at a thin margin only makes you busier. The diagnosis tells us which case you are in.
What does a RevOps consultant actually do in the first months?
We start with your numbers: where leads come from, how many become deals, where they stall and what margin each sale leaves. Then we sit with sales, marketing and service to agree on stages, owners and exit rules. Only after that do we configure the system and the first automations. Contracts start at six months in three-month blocks; the first block fixes the pipeline and the margin per deal, later blocks add dashboards, agents and the post-sale loop.
Which CRM do you use for Revenue Operations?
The one that fits your team and your margin. We implement Bitrix24 and Biky.ai often, and we also work on top of the software you already pay for. RevOps lives in the process and the data model; the software is where it runs. Changing it only makes sense when the current one cannot hold the agreed pipeline and the margin per deal, and we tell you that in the diagnosis.
Do we need to hire a RevOps person?
Not at the start. During the contract our forward deployed engineers act as your RevOps team: they design the process, build it and run it with your people. Along the way one person on your side learns to own the dashboards and the rules. When the system is stable, that person keeps it running, or we keep operating it in a later block.
Works with
Go-to-Market
We write down who you sell to, with which offer, through which channel and at which price, then build it into the pipeline, the campaigns and the scripts. Every assumption gets a number the system reports each month.
Sales Automation + WhatsApp
We connect your WhatsApp numbers to Bitrix24, Biky.ai or the system you already pay for, and automate assignment, quotes and follow-ups. Two rules from day one: every chat has one owner, and no chat ends without a next step and a date.
AI Automation
We build n8n workflows with AI steps that move data between your sales pipeline, ERP, DMS, WhatsApp and spreadsheets, and we keep them running. Any task your team repeats for the fifth time becomes a workflow.
Steer by profit, not by luck.
We start with your last twelve months of sales and show you which products, sources and salespeople leave the margin.
