How We Work

One team from the board decision to the system your people use, in three-month blocks.

Our executives sit with the owner and the board. Our forward deployed engineers sit with the people who sell, quote and collect.

Two levels at once

  1. Executive level

Our executives work with the owner and the board, often as advisors on technology, strategy, marketing and how the business model changes with AI. They set the targets, decide what gets built first and review the numbers with you every month.

  2. Operational level

Forward deployed engineers (FDEs) work inside your team. The same person maps the process with your people, writes the code, deploys it and runs it until your team uses it without asking.

Forward deployed. From inside.

We work at two levels at once. With your executives, often as board advisors on technology, strategy, marketing and business transformation. And with the operational team, inside the operation, where we write the code and put it in production.

  1. Business

Market, product, margin and goals. We read your numbers before we touch a tool.

  2. People

Who sells, who approves, who gets paid for what. Incentives decide whether a system gets used.

  3. Process

Every stage gets an owner, an exit rule and a time limit, written down before any field exists.

  4. Tools

Only then: Bitrix24 or the software you have, n8n, agents, apps. The tool is the excuse to order people and process.

  • Contracts start at six months, in three-month blocks: manage, operate, optimize, scale.
  • Every deployment feeds our shared platform, so each client starts ahead of the last one.

Business, people, process, tools

  1. Business

We start with market, product, margin and goals, read from your own numbers. A dealership that sells 40 units a month and one that sells 400 need different systems, and the spreadsheet tells us which one you are.

  2. People

We map who sells, who approves and who gets paid for what. If commission pays per closed deal and nobody gets credit for follow-up, follow-up will not happen, whatever the software says.

  3. Process

Every stage gets an owner, an exit rule and a time limit. We write the process down before a single field is created, because a field nobody needs is a field nobody fills.

  4. Tools

Only then we pick the software, the n8n workflows, the agents and the apps. The tool is the excuse to put people and process in order.

Three-month blocks

  1. Manage · Months 1 to 3

Diagnosis and a baseline from your own books, then quick wins: a pipeline that matches how you really sell and the first automations. The owner gets one weekly report.

  2. Operate · Months 4 to 6

We run the system with your team every day. We fix what people skip, connect WhatsApp and the ERP or DMS, and put the first AI agents on the first minutes of each conversation.

  3. Optimize · Months 7 to 9

With six months of data, we tune routing rules, time limits and scripts against conversion and margin. Apps get built where no tool fits the job.

  4. Scale · Months 10 to 12

The same engine goes to a new branch, brand, line of business or country. Your team owns the daily operation; we keep building the next layer.

Questions

Why is the minimum six months?

Software installs in a week. Changing how a team sells takes longer. The first block puts owners and rules in place; the second block is when people start using the system daily and the numbers begin to move. Stopping at three months leaves the system half used.

What happens in a three-month block?

Each block has a goal agreed at the executive level and a list of things the operational team will ship. At the end we review the numbers with the owner and decide what the next block covers.

Do we have to change our CRM?

No. We work on top of the software you already pay for. When there is none, or it does not fit, we usually implement Bitrix24 because it bundles pipelines, WhatsApp channels, tasks and telephony at a price mid-size companies accept.

Can we buy only an app, without consulting?

Yes. Our SaaS apps have their own pricing and no minimum term. Tell us which one you need on the apps page.

Start the first block.

Block one opens with a diagnosis of your numbers and closes with a baseline, a working pipeline and the first automations live.
